From I-15 take the #331 Exit (the middle of three Layton exits) and go west under the freeway on Hill Field Road from the south and right from the north. Go past Main Street where it turns to West Hill Field Road past Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Go past the light, across the tracks about a half mile to Layton City Recreation (on your right) which consists of a big open space and a lit baseball diamond. Take a right through the gate to the North side and you can't miss it.

This is no little kids park but a most demanding and progressively designed park. There is only one flat rail but many boxes with coping around the outside of the bowls. The overall impression is wow!! And the park is really designed great for BMX. Are kids going to get stuck in the deep clover leaf big bowl? (which I proclaim The Mickey Mouse Bowl from looking at the photos) Actually, I was in the bowl and it was no problem getting out. Also the 10 ft walls with 2 feet of straight vertical and a section of truly inverted wall looks beyond awesome.
